My life is really improving

I have completely eliminated anger and disappointment in my life. By knowing that being angry or disappointed is to tell people that I do not love them has made me stop those behaviors. In addition I feel like I have so much more to give my friends. Right now my dad has gone on a vacation for a couple of weeks and I have invited a couple of friends to stay in the house for a few days. For me its like I have so much room and love to share that I almost cant keep it to myself. I feel I have to share it.

I encountered a situation the other day where a friend of me was mad about something I said to him. He was standing in the mirror showing off his muscles saying "look at this man, its so great". I told him "showoff" and I smiled to him. He became disappointed and attacked me back even though it was not ment as an attack from me.  I understood that he was fishing for praise and power and I didnt give it to him. He actually got mad because he didnt get it. Because of that understanding I then didnt get mad. Usually in a similar situation I would react like a victim or attack back, or even run to my own space in disappointment.
I am seeing the results from unconditional love, and I hope the results become even better after some time has passed. I will keep on reading the books and learn as much as I can, and I thank you for giving me 5000 of your dollars :) I will keep telling the truth about myself to people and not have expectations!
