Hi BlueDaisy,

Totally understandable that you would have those feelings - they have probably lied to you, and said things that have attacked your good character, they have done things that hurt you and cause you great pain, by the look of it made you feel miserable too.

Can you share an example. By sharing with a wise person you have the opportunity to feel loved which will help you feel the peace and happiness that you seek.

BlueDaisy

Big%20smile As you practice the principles of real love you will come across the law of Expectations:  I do not have the right to expect anybody to do anything for me.  You will also come across the Law of Choice:  Everyone has the right to choose what they say and do even when I don't like their choices. "ostamble();

As I  have learned to tell the truth about myself and apply the principles of real love I have discovered a new world where it does not matter what people say or do to me.  I just love them to the best of my abilities.

Wink Been there myself, Thank-you & welcome new friend
Offenses usually hit the very core of our being when it's a close friend or partner
The injustice of it all~ as you practice Real Love and tell the TRUTH about your use of Getting & Protecting behaviors, you'll see clearly how you've contributed to your own unhappiness.
Victimhood is shared by all but we don't have to punish anyone else because of it.
On the other hand, be thankful that you've weeded out the ones that are not trustworthy as friends and find others who are.
You'll gain more friends with the loss of a few.
Do you want quality or quantity?
You always have choices Tongue
Enjoy the process and experience the difference with Real Love
Be encouraged to find new friends who can love you unconditionally
~ Sincerely, Robin ~
