We have been working through chapter 7 for several weeks covering being responsible, knowing the differance between making a request or making a demand, being accountable, knowing how to make agreements, recognizing when something is missing around agreements......

Being Responsible is part of the equation of being happy.  Being loved, being loving and being responsible = HAPPINESS!  

Are your work agreements clear?  Do you try to control others after you have assigned them a job or task?  Are you acting like a victum and not being responsible over what the agreement is?  What steps are necessary in changing an agreement?
