It depends on how much time you want to spend. LOL  There are a ton of resources on the website; for example, the archive of Greg's Daily Coaching and the Video Chats.  You can start reading posts here on the Forums. Greg's book Real Love and Freedom for the Soul is about victimhood, so that one, as well as the original Real Love book.  There are conference calls almost daily that are hosted by a coach or wise person. The more time you spend learning about and practicing, the sooner change can begin.

Hope that helps.

Love,
KarenH

I started by reading Gregs books Real Love and Real Love in Marriage but all the answers were not there. If I could afford to but the Freedom book I would but it is not in the cards right now.

The one thing I did was anytime I felt "Bad" I stopped and looked at myself and asked why I was feeling this way. I would write down the feeling and then really work at finding what I was doing to make me feel this way.  That was a good start for me. I soon found that I WAS acting like a victim and went on to learn all the different modes of action.  Many I had been doing all my life and never saw how the behavior was hurting those around me and mostly hurting me!

I learned that I was not the center of everything and other people really did have feelings too. It was no just about me.   Learning and applying the laws of choice was also a big help.  Understanding that others really do have a choice and I do too. I can say no, I can say yes. It was a freedom I had never had before.

I am new to this too and it is hard to break patterns of the past but I choose NOT to hold onto the past and the expense of my future. I hope you do to. It is liberating...and being HAPPY is the key.

Much Love, Happy

Hi Honey. Are you getting on conference calls?  They are free.  You can't feel love from a book, although the book can provide you with knowledge. We need to connect with others to feel the genuine love and acceptance that comes from telling the truth.

Blessings and love to you,
KarenH
