A: No. Each membership is for a single individual or family and can not
be shared with others. As stated in the Terms of

A: All of our audio downloads are in MP3 format.
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: We ship using the US Postal Service. Available shipping methods include
Media Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. You will be able to select
your shipping method during the checkout process.

Q: Can I get a refund on my membership fee?
A: While you can cancel your membership at any time—which will
prevent any future billing—all membership sales are final.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Unless you purchase a membership package, all memberships are billed
on a month-to-month basis. To cancel your membership, simply login
to My Account and enter your account information. Please cancel
your membership 24 hours before the next billing cycle to ensure that
no future membership fees are charged.
Q: What happens at the end of my free trial membership?
A: If you cancel your membership during the free trial you will still
receive the full week of membership access. When your free trial membership
ends you will no longer have access to the trial membership benefits.
If you do not cancel your membership during the free trial period you
will automatically be converted to a Full Member and charged the standard
monthly membership fee of $14.95..
Q: Can I upgrade my membership level?
A: You can upgrade from a trial membership to a full membership by simply
waiting until the end of your trial period. The membership upgrade
is automatic. Or you can purchase one of the membership packages by
visiting the Membership Packages page.
Q: Can I upgrade my membership package [for example: from a
Silver to a Gold] while I’m only part way through my membership?
A: Yes. You will simply need to pay the price difference between
the two membership packages. You will need to contact our office at 877-633-3568
to make the change.
Q: I’m on a month-to-month membership. How will I be billed?
A: On the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date your credit card will
be charged $14.95. For example: If you signed up on July 15th, you
will be billed on the 15th of every month.
Q: Are there different levels of membership?
A: No. All Full Members receive receive the same monthly benefits and

Q: I am having problems viewing the
videos on your site. What can I do?
A: Before contacting RealLove.com for support with this issue, please
try the following three steps.
1. Make sure that you have the latest version
of Flash Player on your computer. You can download that player by following
this link— Download
Flash Player 9. Also update your version of Windows Media Player—Download
Windows Media Player.
2. Your Internet connection may temporarily be too slow to support
the video streaming. Internet download speeds are affected by a huge
variety of factors, including (but not limited to) increased usage
in your area, hardware issues, software issues, and too many applications
running on your computer. Our servers are able to handle a huge number
of simultaneous viewers with no decrease in the streaming speed of
our video. If you are having a problem viewing the video, it is most
likely a problem with your Internet connection. If the problem persists,
please contact your Internet Service Provider for troubleshooting.
3. Receiving a message that the "server is busy" or "offline"
does not necessarily mean that there is an issue with our servers.
Usually this message means that your connection was interrupted or
unable to handle the data stream being sent by our server. If you
are able to view any of the pages on our site then the problem with
the videos is most likely NOT related to our server—or
none of the pages would load correctly, as they are all on the same
server. If this happens, please try again later, as it is most likely
a problem with your connection.
Q: If I experience technical problems will I be refunded money
for the time I was not able to access the site?
A: Most technical problems on the site are fixed within a few hours.
We will always do our best to restore service and access as quickly as
possible. In our experience, 99% of the time the technical problem is
on the user end. Though we will do our best to help you determine the
problem that is preventing normal access of our site, we are often unable
to diagnose problems on a visitor's system. As a result, and according
to the Terms of Use Agreement,
under normal circumstances no refunds will be issued for the time that
you are unable to access the site. If we are unable to duplicate your
problem, and other users are not experiencing the same problems, it will
be determined that the problem is with your system, and no refunds will
be issued. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and refunds
are at the full discretion of RealLove.com, LLC.
